Afternoon Delight

I love how the light glows through the petals of this pink rose, an effect attained by blending the oils right on the canvas. This rose ended up single handedly changing my life. Right after I finished it, a well-known image consultant came to my studio and fell in love with it. We did a trade and from that point on, I have rocked a great haircut and learned how to dress and she has rocked her living room with fine art. We are friends to this day and still work together. She may own the original but you can elevate your own walls with a sumptuous canvas print.
