My first time at Joshua Tree National Park and wow, I fell hard for this strange fairy-tale tree. The landscape there is a study in geometric forms: rocks stacked in precarious piles, the Joshua trees right out of Dr. Seuss, so I decided to have the sunset follow suit. I hope you enjoy my first painting of this magical landscape.
