Liquid Redbud

When I first started working in the studio in New Hampshire, I was still dreaming of California oaks and redbud. This piece, done on paper, was the first work of art I produced there — a classic Nor Cal scene. I couldn’t help myself. It is from the imagination, done in the quick intuitive style that marked my early acrylic landscape period (as well as my current one in oils).
