The trail to Potem Falls in the steep untrammeled back country of Northern California is as enchanted as the shady swimming hole at the end of the trail (see the painting Potem Falls). I love how the sun slanting into the canyon throws kaleidoscope patterns on the trail and paints the trees gold. I used a jungle of brushwork to recreate this dense oaken forest, ancient twin oaks presiding.
Painted with lots of textured brushwork on a sturdy 1.5″ gallery wrap canvas with hand-painted edge. Arrives ready to hang.
