To see Joshua Tree National Park during golden hour is to see a landscape on fire from light. I love the contrast of the hot and cool colors—though even the cool colors somehow look hot! The tall ocotillo cactus is one the most graceful plants I’ve ever seen, a feminine vibe in this austere landscape, red flowers rising like flames from fingertips. I hope you enjoy this crescendo of color, shape, line, and texture, compliments of the desert in collaboration with our nearest star. Performances nightly.
