Smoke season, ugh. It’s the new thing. I finally worked out a strategy: When there is a decent air-quality day, I dash out to the studio in hopes I can complete a petite painting before the toxic air rolls back in. (I use such thick oil paint that to keep my studio safe from the fumes, I must constantly flush the studio with fresh outside air. No fresh air, no can paint.) This petite rose was one of those lucky-day paintings, done in flowing emotive brushstrokes. Best day ever!!
This painting arrives ready to hang in a Luminoso gold floater frame.
