Desert poppies bask in the sun while weather blows in overhead. I love the tension between the round yellow poppies below and the sensual purple clouds above, a lone oak tree and bright blue sky connecting the two. I used both short and long brushwork, each laden with texture and feeling, to bring you a little March madness.
