The Jaybird Tree

This enormous rose was painted to always remind me of a particular Jaybird who I love with all my heart and who is always there for me and his four closest allies. He is bigger than life (thus the size), of royal bearing (thus the purple), brilliant as a sky on fire (hence the sky on fire), and he’s always sitting pretty (hence the title).
