Three fir trees reach for the sun in Mt. Shasta Wilderness Area, a magical place near treeline where red fir grow in soaring groves with little underbrush. Coming out of a very long snowy winter (September-May), I can feel the joy as they catch the rays of a vibrant summer day.
This petite painting is done with textured brushwork on a sturdy 1.5″ gallery wrap canvas with hand-painted edge. It arrives ready to hang.
